AUSTIN,TX – June 19, 2007 –Ascendant Technology, LLC (Atech) today announced its acquisition of Integral Data Solutions Inc., a privately held software and consulting services company based in Denver, CO.  This acquisition builds upon Atech’s commitment to providing IBM customers comprehensive solutions across all five IBM software pillars.

Integral Data Solutions is an information management solutions provider specializing in IBM FileNet and ILOG technologies.  The Integral team of consulting experts hold certifications across the complete FileNet product portfolio, with a focus in P8 technology.  Integral has created several key software solutions that will compliment Atech’s asset based consulting strategy.  These assets include: Kyte Viewer, a no-download, Web 2.0 image viewer with annotation and redaction capabilities; Scan Doctor, a solution for fixing committed documents without rescanning; and Redactis, a redaction tool that addresses security and compliance needs.
